NAI Global along with Jon England with NAI Heartland successfully closed the Pinehurst Apartment Homes, a 146-unit class B multifamily community well situated in the Northland area of the Kansas City Metro in Missouri. Located on a palatial setting just east of US Route 169 (“Arrowhead Trafficway”), one of the main traffic corridors in northern Kansas City, Pinehurst is situated on a spacious 11.30 acres with ten two- and three-story garden-style apartment buildings and one office/clubhouse. Constructed in 1986, the Property features two floor plans of one- and two-bedroom residential units that average 816 square feet and include numerous amenities such as a kitchen appliance package, washer and dryer connections, vaulted ceilings, and fireplaces in select units.
